Core Design Philosophy
BBG Tech design philosophy is rooted in the principles of flat design, enhanced by the dynamic appeal of 3D illustrations and structured by the innovative bento box grid system.
Corner radius
Bloomberg Tech uses rounded corner styles in two main areas: rectangular/box elements and pill-shaped or circular elements.
Box
Box elements are typically used for layout regions, container sections, and wrapper cards.
Pill
Pill-shape containers are specifically designed for single-line elements such as headers, dates, descriptions, buttons, and tags.

Corner radius scale for box elements
The size of a component determines its appropriate corner radius. These examples show the corner radius scale applied to different-sized box elements. Larger elements have more substantial radii, while smaller elements have less rounding.
